SMS program terms

• Program description: Personal reminders, alerts, notifications, and conversational two-way messages sent by Jesse Dalessio and his personal AI assistant on his behalf to Jesse himself and to family, contacts, and clients who have agreed to receive them.
• Consent: You opt in by agreeing verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email nodefire@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Freelance services

Freelance software work is performed under the specific agreement made with each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work is provided “as is” without warranties, and liability is limited to the fees paid for the work.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
